Shipping & Returns
To edit this page, log in to your control panel and go to Storefront › Web Pages. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
If the product you have received is faulty or has developed a fault you can return it to us within the warranty period. Please see our warranty policy.
Before returning a product, you must have an RMA (Return Material Authorisation) number.
To apply for an RMA number, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting the following:
- Original Invoice Number
- Model Number
- Serial Number of product
- Reason for return / Nature of Defect
We will email you with a RMA number, and return instructions.
Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.
Once we have received the item, and verified the details, we will issue a credit for the purchase price of the item.
If you inadvertently order an incompatible battery or adapter, we will be happy to either provide a replacement with the correct part or issue refund, as long as you let us know within fourteen days and send the product back in its original packaging and condition. Replacement items can only be sent, or refund can only be given after the returned product has been received back to www.battery.co.uk.
We ship by DPD, DHL, UPS to the UK mainland and Ireland only.
UK Mainland - Flat rate £4.99.
Ireland - Flat rate £9.99.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We aim to ship your order on the same day provided we have the units in stock.
